The information placed on this blog allow to people who want to understand the nature of close combat and to find some information about instructors and their respective websites who teach close combat.

For some people, close combat is nothing more than a means of extracting money to people who do not really know the system of military combat (close combat). We see more and more associations in the USA, Canada, Asia, Europe and other countries that give belts. If they give you a belt, you do not perform military combat. There is no belt in close combat.

We have in the past, taken the time to highlight, civilian instructors who used the label close combat, and who did not have the qualification for the teaching of close combat. This topic is now erased. However You can find the names of these civilian instructors on this blog.
Don't forget, this observation does not call into question the qualities that could have these civilian instructors in the field of combat sports or in the field of self defense. But for the teaching of close combat and especially teaching of military combat system, these civilians instructors have not the knowledge needed to teach these kind of system.
